At Valor Injury Law, Deanna Thomas oversees the firm’s daily operations, strategic initiatives, and client service experience. She works closely with the attorneys and staff to ensure the firm operates efficiently while providing exceptional service to every client.

A licensed attorney with certifications in project management and change management, Deanna brings more than 20 years of leadership experience in corporate and legal environments. Prior to joining the firm, she led complex projects for government clients involving business process improvement, technology implementation, and regulations development. She also held in-house counsel positions with two small government contractors and a Fortune 1000 company.

Deanna is committed to creating an environment at Valor Injury Law where clients receive responsive, compassionate service and the legal team has the resources needed to achieve outstanding results.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with friends and family and spoiling her two dogs. She is a fan of Alabama football, Duke basketball, Diet Coke, and holiday decorating.
