Litigation Paralegal

Direct Phone/Fax: 703-828-0076

Stephanie J. Ayala is a Litigation Paralegal at Valor Injury Law, where she has been an integral part of the personal injury team since July 2024. With a paralegal studies certificate from Northern Virginia Community College (NVCC), Stephanie brings nearly a decade of legal experience to her role, having worked in immigration and family law prior to joining the firm.

Born and raised in the Alexandria, Virginia area, Stephanie takes pride in serving her community by guiding clients through each step of the process from seeking treatment to ultimately receiving compensation for their injuries. She finds it especially rewarding to help her Spanish-speaking clients – many of whom are navigating an unfamiliar legal system in a language that isn't their own. For Stephanie, few things are more meaningful than seeing the relief on a client's face at the end of a case or hearing a simple "thank you" that reminds her why she chose this work.

Outside the office, Stephanie is a proud dog mom to her husky, Apollo. She's an avid reader and, when she's not curled up with a good book, she's happy to admit her guilty pleasure is a good reality TV binge.
